Booking
How do I book an appointment?
Use the Book Appointment page to send a request with your preferred service, date and time, or message us on WhatsApp. Our team will contact you to confirm.
Is my appointment confirmed as soon as I submit the form?
No. The online form sends an appointment request and gives you a reference number. Your appointment is confirmed only after our team contacts you.
How do I change or cancel my appointment?
Please call or WhatsApp us as early as possible, quoting your reference number, and we will help you reschedule or cancel.
Can I request a particular therapist or stylist?
Yes — you can mention a preference on the booking form. We will do our best to accommodate it, subject to availability.
Prices
Are the prices on the website final?
Yes. Our spa menu prices are shown on every treatment page — for example Swedish Massage is ₹2,499 for 60 minutes. Gel, cream or scrub may be charged extra where the menu says so. Salon services are priced after a short consultation.
Do you offer packages?
Yes. We offer membership packages from 7 to 50 therapy sessions (oil therapy, Hammam and Jacuzzi massage) with savings of up to 45%. See the Packages page for details.

Yes, please. Let us know about any medical conditions, allergies, injuries or pregnancy before your treatment so we can advise you appropriately. Our services are not a substitute for medical advice.
