When you request an appointment or send an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, optional email address, the service, preferred date and time and any message you write. We also keep basic technical logs needed to protect the website from abuse.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and manage your appointment, and contact you about it by phone, WhatsApp or email. We do not sell your personal information.

Chat assistant

Messages typed into the website chat assistant are used to answer your question. If an AI provider is enabled, your message is sent securely to that provider to generate a reply. Chat messages may be saved for up to 90 days so we can improve our answers; we do not store your IP address with them. Please do not share sensitive personal or medical information in the chat.

How long we keep it

We keep appointment and enquiry records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us.
