Is the ice pool right for you?

Cold water is not suitable for everyone. Please check with your doctor before using the ice pool if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, breathing difficulties, diabetes, circulation problems or any other medical condition, and always tell our team before your session. Enter slowly, breathe calmly and come out straight away if you feel unwell, dizzy or too cold.
